Description
Pepperoni Grill is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to help lead our Edmond restaurant. We are looking for a hospitality-driven leader with a strong focus on training, coaching, team development, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about developing people while delivering exceptional Guest experiences every shift.

Partner with the General Manager to maintain high standards of hospitality, food quality, cleanliness, profitability, and team culture while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Reports To: General Manager
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Execute daily restaurant operations including supervision and support of hourly Team Members Lead by example in hospitality, professionalism, and accountability Train, coach, and develop Team Members through ongoing feedback and in-the-moment coaching Assist with onboarding and execution of training programs Support FOH and BOH operations including systems adherence, food safety, sanitation, and quality standards Oversee food presentation and ensure menu items are prepared to company specifications Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations Assist with writing and managing hourly Team Member schedules based on labor budgets and business needs Complete bar inventory and assist with inventory management procedures Promptly and professionally handle Guest concerns to ensure proper Guest recovery Ensure a safe working environment for Team Members and Guests Communicate Team Member concerns, operational issues, and opportunities with the management team Support General Manager with financial oversight including labor, food cost, invoices, and daily reporting Follow company cash handling and security procedures Assist with maintenance and cleanliness of the facility and equipment Support execution of catering and high-volume business periods Other duties as assigned by Operations Leadership Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong passion for hospitality and Guest service Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to coach, motivate, and develop Team Members Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Understanding of restaurant financials including labor and cost controls Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Experience with scheduling, inventory, and restaurant systems preferred Ability to maintain professionalism and positivity under pressure Education & Experience Minimum 2 year restaurant management experience required High-volume restaurant experience preferred Must be 21 years of age or older ServSafe certification or obtainable within 60 days Performance Standards Maintains high standards of hospitality and professionalism Leads with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude Meets or exceeds operational and financial goals Maintains prompt and reliable attendance Builds a culture of accountability, teamwork, and development Working Conditions Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment What We’re Looking For We’re searching for a hands-on leader who genuinely enjoys building strong teams and creating memorable Guest experiences.
