This role partners closely with regional and plant leadership to strengthen Lean capabilities, improve operational performance, and build a sustainable culture of continuous improvement.</p>\n<p>Beyond leading initiatives, this individual serves as a coach, change leader, and facilitator—empowering teams, enhancing leadership capability, and supporting scalable growth across the manufacturing network.</p>\n<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>\n<h3><strong>Strategic Deployment & Operational Alignment</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with regional and corporate leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable Lean deployment plans</li>\n <li>Drive alignment and adoption of enterprise operating systems and standardized processes across multiple sites</li>\n <li>Support the development and execution of a scalable, enterprise-wide Continuous Improvement (CI) framework</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Continuous Improvement Execution</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify performance gaps using data analysis and lead targeted improvement initiatives</li>\n <li>Facilitate Kaizen events and cross-functional initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement</li>\n <li>Implement and sustain improvements through standard work, visual management, and accountability routines</li>\n <li>Establish performance tracking mechanisms to ensure sustainability of improvements</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Leadership Development & Culture Building</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Coach and develop plant leadership to strengthen Lean thinking and problem-solving capabilities</li>\n <li>Design and deliver Lean and operational excellence training (in-person and virtual)</li>\n <li>Lead organizational change initiatives to embed a continuous improvement mindset across all levels</li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations environments</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience leading Continuous Improvement or Lean initiatives across multiple sites</li>\n <li>Lean Six Sigma certification preferred (Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent)</li>\n <li>Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive cultural and behavioral change</li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Skills & Competencies</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methodologies</li>\n <li>Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decision-making</li>\n <li>Effective leadership coaching and facilitation skills across diverse teams</li>\n <li>Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously</li>\n <li>Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering training</li>\n <li>Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed organization</li>\n <li>Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools</li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Working Conditions & Travel</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Exposure to manufacturing environments, including plant floor operations</li>\n <li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods as needed</li>\n <li>Up to 20% travel across regional manufacturing
