People are cb20's greatest asset.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">We are hiring for our next AV Support Technician to work onsite in Albany, 5 days a week.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Responsibilities will include but not limited to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conference Room AV Equipment Management</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage Cisco video bars and associated ViewSonic hardware</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Train users on operating Cisco Video Rooms</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Create simple user guides and/or cheat sheets for non-technical staff</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide onsite training sessions to new employees as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist with the operation of Cisco Video Rooms during meetings and live events</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist with the operation of ViewSonic interactive displays</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support hybrid/virtual meetings with Webex and Microsoft Teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide on-the-spot technical support for presenters and participants</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Record or stream events, webinars, and meetings</span></li>\n<li>Test Cisco Video Rooms to ensure functionality before events or meetings</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Q</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">ualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Minimum of 2yrs of experience in a technician role installing, troubleshooting, and managing av equipment in a professional setting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">1 yr of experience providing technical support to users for conference needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with conference room setups, specifically Cisco and ViewSonic</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience creating technical guides for non-technical users</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This is an onsite position in Albany with occasional travel to other facilities around the state (10-15%)               </span></p>",
