We are the partner our clients turn to and trust to help them constantly improve business processes and make work better.</p><p><strong>Summary:</strong></p><p>The role of an Inventory Specialist is critical to the Center of Excellence&rsquo;s success. &nbsp;The role of a Quoting Specialist is the most important part of DVSS. &nbsp;The QS is responsible for taking the data related to a customer request and keying that data into various quoting systems like Current Platform, Proposal Manager, OVI, eCost, Premisys, etc.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Data gathering on current inventory and associated pricing for renewal and transformation business cases:</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Extracting data from various systems including IGT, VECRM, VRD, VZ Business Central, The Guide, Contract Viewer, F &amp; E, Billing applications, OLI (A3 Report), etc.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Requires troubleshooting, identifying gaps in the data, and researching the accuracy of data coming out of various systems</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Providing data on current inventory and associated pricing to PCM and Sales for Analysis purposes</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Importing data to various systems and tools including CP, PQ, vPrice, IGT, Proposal Manager, and various other application and ad hoc models</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Providing consolidated customer-facing inventory:</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Importing data to a standardized output will allow the sales team to present the info to the customers</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Mandatory MS Office / GSuite skills or education</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory</li><li>Must possess professional communication skills for phone calls, emails</li><li>Must have excellent organizational, time, project management, and prioritization skills</li><li>Creative problem-solving skills to ensure timelines are met</li><li>Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines</li><li>Strong customer service focus</li><li>Ability to work tours (US, EMEA, or APAC hours)</li><li>Strong team collaboration and coordination skills with minimal supervision</li></ul><p><br></p><p>We&#39;re a fun, fast-paced, environment and our team thrives&rsquo; around creativity and excitement.
