Operate tools and\r\nequipment as trained. Clean assigned area as instructed. Move furniture,\r\nrearrange, and relocate furniture and equipment. Stock and maintain par\r\nlevels of supplies in all porter closets. Clean walls, ceilings and\r\nvents. Familiar with OSHA safety codes regarding chemicals and\r\nelectrical equipment used within the department. Perform other related\r\nduties as assigned.</p>\r\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\r\n<p>Minimum age requirement is 21. Knowledge of the processes of\r\nmaintaining and caring for all types of flooring; Vinyl flooring,\r\nConcrete, Stamped concrete, Carpeted flooring and Marble flooring.\r\nAbility to interact with others in a friendly, positive and courteous\r\nmanner. Able to tolerate chemicals, cleansers and solvents. Ability to\r\noperate specialty equipment such as Scrubber, walk behind and ride on.\r\nVariable speed buffer, Carpet extractor and Scissor lift. Must have\r\nvalid Nevada driver's license.</p>\r\n<p><strong>Descripción:</strong></p>\r\n<p>Mantener la limpieza del área asignada. Operar las herramientas\r\ny el equipo según fuera entrenado.
