For first-year Master’s level students, paid internship opportunities may be available, depending on individual program requirements and approval.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Community Support Worker provides <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS)</span> to qualifying clients at home, school, and in the community. You’ll support individuals and families experiencing behavioral health challenges and help them succeed in their daily lives. You will primarily be working with children and families</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide CCSS skill-building and coaching in areas like:\n<ul>\n<li>daily living skills &amp; routines</li>\n<li>emotional regulation &amp; coping skills</li>\n<li>social skills &amp; communication</li>\n<li>school readiness and support</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Support crisis planning and stabilization</li>\n<li>Coordinate with families, schools, and care teams as needed</li>\n<li>Complete required documentation</li>\n<li>Attend trainings, meetings, and supervision</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Minimum Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">21+</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">1–2 years</span> relevant experience working with children/families (or similar population)</li>\n<li>Reliable transportation + ability to travel locally</li>\n<li>Strong communication and documentation skills</li>\n<li>English required (Spanish a plus)</li>\n<li>Monday-Friday, available 8a-7p</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Qualifying Education/Experience</span></p>\n<p>Related degrees may include <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Sociology, Human Services, Child Development, Education/Special Education,</span> or similar helping fields.
