    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.37.25/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.37.25/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.39.8/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"></div><p id=\"isPasted\">The Telecommunications Tower Quality Inspector will be responsible for inspecting, documenting, repairing, and analyzing the quality of tower installations including the tower structure and placement of equipment, antennas, radios, hybrids, mounts, frames and brackets on assigned towers in portions of Nebraska, Kansas and Colorado. <strong>Candidates must have at least 2 years of telecommunications tower climbing experience in order to be considered.</strong>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Role and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Inspect entire tower structure and equipment to verify industry standards are implemented</li><li>Audit close out packages for completeness and accuracy</li><li>Audit tower drawings against actual tower construction for accuracy noting any inconsistencies</li><li>Audit tower equipment inventory for accuracy</li><li>Document and perform repairs when necessary&nbsp;</li><li>Perform equipment elevations, azimuths, down tilts with proper tools</li><li>Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures</li><li>Climb towers daily up to 450 ft using climbing gear, harness, and safety gear while following strict safety procedures and guidelines implemented by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.</li><li>Maintain safety procedures and inspect climbing gear and all tools before use</li><li>Ability to work outside and withstand varied inclement weather conditions</li><li>Ability to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to meet quality and measurable productivity standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Education Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Certifications in tower construction or equivalent experience in lieu of education will be considered</li><li><strong>Minimum 3 years within the wireless tower industry</strong></li><li>Pay rate directly based on experience and education</li><li>Current or ability to complete certification in Tower Rescue/Safe Rigging/RF Awareness/OSHA 30 and CPR First Aid</li><li>Experience with proper tower construction and installation of all antennas, radios, dishes, hybrids and brackets, along with shelter/cabinet entry of said equipment is desirable&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to read CD&rsquo;s, RFDS, and TED&rsquo;s to install as required or redline if needed</li><li>Must be able to complete full closeouts including electronic documentation and photos.</li><li>Daily progress reports required</li><li>Proficient computer skills with MS Office, Adobe PDF&rsquo;s, and data base systems</li><li>Have a valid driver&rsquo;s license with an acceptable driving history for the past 3 to 5 years</li><li>Must have the ability to pass pre-employment checks, which include a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and substance screening, following federal law.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have the ability to travel 50 to 75% of the work week</li><li>Some overnight stays will be required.&nbsp;</li><li>Mandatory to maintain regular, punctual attendance every workday</li><li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.</li><li>Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively</li><li>Must be willing to relocate to Nebraska (eastern, central or western), if not a current Nebraska resident</li><li>Must be able to work in the U.S. without need of current or future sponsorship</li></ul><p>Comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance benefits (Medical, Vision and Dental), Short-term Disability, Life Insurance, free phone/service, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) with company match, daily travel per diem + paid lodging when traveling, vacation, sick leave and holiday pay.</p><p>Anticipated pay range between $23 and $34 per hour.
