Role Overview Sodexo is seeking an experienced Executive Chef 3 for Miriam Hospital in Providence, RI. This role will oversee culinary operations within a healthcare environment, leading a team of 6–12 frontline associates and supervisors. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of culinary excellence and operational discipline , with a proven ability to manage administrative functions, drive catering growth, and enhance the patient dining experience. What You'll Do Lead and manage daily culinary operations, ensuring high quality food production and presentation Directly supervise 6–12 employees , including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management Drive catering program growth , focusing on expanding this key revenue stream Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost controls to meet financial targets Oversee scheduling and labor management to optimize productivity Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation, and HACCP protocols Partner with clinical and operations teams to conduct patient rounding and improve patient satisfaction Maintain compliance with HR policies , including employee relations, corrective actions, and training initiatives What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
