    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Definition</strong></p><p>The Recovery House Manager Care Manager is responsible for providing support and case management services to individuals residing in Renewal, Inc.&rsquo;s sober living housing. &nbsp;This individual will work with residents to develop, implement and maintain a recovery plan, connect residents with various community resources to aid in their recovery and coordinates care with internal and external treatment providers. &nbsp;The Care Manager will monitor resident progress while they reside in recovery housing and ensure all residents are in compliance with program guidelines at all times. &nbsp;This individual will serve as an advocate for residents and their individual needs while at the same time promoting a positive recovery environment conducive to long-term sobriety through structure and accountability. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Eligibility Requirements</strong></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. &nbsp;The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Education and/or Experience</strong></p><p>The individual in this role must have a demonstrated understanding through lived experience of addiction treatment to include the 12-step program, treatment modalities, and recovery support systems. &nbsp; This individual must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills and must possess a high level of personal ethical standards. &nbsp;Proven skills in problem solving as well as research and computer skills necessary. &nbsp;</p><p>A minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalency and 1 year of experience working in a residential, human services, substance abuse or community support setting required. &nbsp;Experience working as a Certified Recovery or Certified Peer Specialist preferred. &nbsp;An Associates or Bachelor&#39;s Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in the human services) or other related field preferred. &nbsp;Valid Pennsylvania driver&rsquo;s license and PA Act 33/Act 34 clearance required.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer/Minorities/Female/Protected Veteran/Individuals with Disabilities</strong></p></div>\n",
