    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Assure cleanliness of guest floor corridors, foyers, stairwells, and public vending areas. Assists Room Attendants in order to maintain high standards of quality cleanliness.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Empty room attendant carts of soiled linen and trash.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Vacuum, sweep, and/or mop hallways, stairwells, vending areas, and foyers.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Clean and remove spots from corridor walls and doors.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Polish and clean mirrors, room numbers on guest room doors, and elevator doors.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Obtain amenities and supplies for room attendants.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Flip mattresses and move furniture as assigned by Supervisor.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist Room Attendants with removal of trash and linen from guest rooms during high occupancy turnover.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist Shampooers with relocation of furniture.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Respond to guest questions.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide guest assistance, directions, and information as requested.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Report all suspicious persons or activities, hazardous conditions, etc., to the Safety/Security Department.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide instruction and/or guidance for guest and employee safety in fire or other emergency situations.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies.
