This position pays $18.56 / hour and is located at the Maui Airport - Alamo Rent a Car location (96732).</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Greeter provides superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process. Assists in making all transactions quick and efficient. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. Today – and every day – the safety and wellbeing of employees, customers, and the communities we serve is our top priority. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Work pro-actively with drivers, auto detailers, handheld return agents and managers to ensure proper vehicle supply. </li>\n <li>Welcome members to the facility when they exit the bus or arrive on the lot. </li>\n <li>Direct customers to exit booth, provide local directions and maps and provide return directions where applicable. </li>\n <li>Assist members with questions and concerns to minimize counter visits. </li>\n <li>Communicate customer service issues to management. </li>\n <li>Ensure that hang-tag information is completed correctly. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Thank customers for their business. </li>\n <li>Provide upgraded vehicles on request. </li>\n <li>Perform other customer service-related duties in addition to those listed, to ensure our service meets the needs of our customers. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans</em> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years old </li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years </li>\n <li>No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years </li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Apart from religious observation, must be able to work a full time, 40 hours per week schedule between 2:30pm-11pm, including weekends and holidays</li>\n</ul>",
