The Customer Service Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offering company approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers. This position also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position is located at the following location:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>3920 Terminal Dr, Salt Lake City, UT 84122</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>The schedule available is 40 hours per week</strong></p>\n<p><strong>We have multiple schedule options available:</strong></p>\n<p>Sunday - Monday, Wednesday - Friday, 3:30PM -12:00AM</p>\n<p>Thursday - Monday 4:00PM - 12:30AM</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We offer a robust <strong>Benefits Package</strong> including, but not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive Compensation - <strong>This position offers compensation of $19.00-21.00</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Paid Time Off</strong>, starting with <strong>15 days</strong> off per year and 6 paid holidays</li>\n <li><strong>Health, Dental, Vision insurance</strong>; Life Insurance; Prescription coverage</li>\n <li><strong>Employee discounts</strong> on car rentals, car purchases and much more!</li>\n <li>401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing</li>\n <li>Education Assistance</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner</li>\n <li>Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services which includes offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment</li>\n <li>Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information</li>\n <li>Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors</li>\n <li>Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned</li>\n <li>Assist to assess condition of rental upon return</li>\n <li>Notify Management of any known customer problems</li>\n <li>Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance</li>\n <li>Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years old</li>\n <li>Must have worked six (6) months or more at most recent employer.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work posted schedule</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or G.E.D. required</li>\n <li><p>Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.</p></li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.</li>\n</ul>",
