We offer a competitive benefits package to our full time employees.<br><br><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li>Provides excellent customer service</li><li>Performs general administrative duties as requested by physicians and office managers</li><li>Processes prior authorizations and refill requests in the Electronic Medical Record system</li><li>Assists in connecting patients with various patient assistance programs offered</li><li>Maintains medication samples onsite and tracks dispensing</li><li>Establishes and maintains relationships with various pharmaceutical representatives</li><li>Takes incoming calls from pharmacies to provide refill authorizations, answer questions about medication interactions and clarify prescriptions</li><li>Takes incoming phone calls from patients and assists them with medication concerns or takes messages for the physician.</li></ul><strong>Qualifications:</strong><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>Knowledge of pharmaceutical principles and practices, including medical terminology and of insurance payors </li><li>Ability to get along with the public and make patients feel welcome and comfortable</li><li>Must be willing to travel to satellite offices if necessary</li><li>Must maintain appropriate Pharmaceutical license</li><li>Must have the ability to work as a team with coworkers and providers</li></ul>",
