color: rgb(40, 50, 78); font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Deep, hands-on expertise with Databricks, including medallion architecture, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, and Lakehouse patterns in production environments.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; color: rgb(40, 50, 78); font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Demonstrated experience leading analytics engineering functions, not just data engineering or BI in isolation; understands and can articulate the semantic layer as a distinct discipline.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; color: rgb(40, 50, 78); font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Strong proficiency in SQL, PySpark, and/or Python; sufficient to evaluate architecture decisions and code quality without being hands-on daily.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; color: rgb(40, 50, 78); font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Proven experience with Azure cloud services, especially Azure Event Hubs, Azure Databricks, and Azure Data Lake.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;
