text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cost Management &amp; Reporting</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Establish and maintain project job cost reports, including budgets, commitments, forecasts (EAC), contingencies, allowances, yet‑to‑buys, and actual costs.</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oversee monthly cost report preparation, review, and reconciliation prior to internal and external distribution.</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ensure consistency and accuracy of cost data across all project cost control tools and reports.</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Track and manage costs by bid package, field order, and client-defined change categories.</p></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: 15pt; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: 15pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Forecasting &amp; Financial Controls</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prepare and manage monthly project forecasts (EAC), identifying cost trends, risks, and opportunities.</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Partner with Project Managers and Project Directors to align cost forecasts with project status and recovery plans.</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Manage contingency usage and provide recommendations for cost risk mitigation.</p></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: 15pt; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: 15pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Change Management</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lead change order management and validation, including scope review, pricing validation, and contractual compliance.</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Review and approve subcontractor change proposals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirements.</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Maintain owner and subcontractor change logs and ensure timely incorporation into project forecasts.</p></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: 15pt;
