    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Junior Accountant</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:</span> Al Muraqabat, Dubai, UAE</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, and financial transactions of the pharmacy branches.</li>\n<li>Close daily cash sales and perform reconciliation with system records.</li>\n<li>Prepare, issue, and track cheques for suppliers and operational expenses.</li>\n<li>Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) &amp; Accounts Payable (AP):\n<ul>\n<li>Track customer dues and follow up on collections.</li>\n<li>Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Assist in monthly and annual financial statements preparation.</li>\n<li>Perform bank reconciliations and maintain proper records of transactions.</li>\n<li>Monitor and reconcile stock entries with the inventory team.</li>\n<li>Assist in VAT return preparation and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.</li>\n<li>Support payroll processing, employee advances, and expense claims.</li>\n<li>Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, and vouchers.</li>\n<li>Assist in audit preparations and provide required financial data.</li>\n<li>Manage petty cash &amp; operational expenses.</li>\n<li>Any Ad-hoc tasks arising and requested by Pharmacy Execs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.</li>\n<li>1–2 years of accounting experience (experience in the retail/pharmacy sector preferred) within the UAE.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of AR/AP processes, cheque handling, and daily cash reconciliation.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with UAE VAT and accounting standards.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/Odoo) preferred.</li>\n<li>Strong organizational, numerical, and multitasking skills.</li>\n<li>Good communication in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).</li>\n<li>High integrity, accuracy, and willingness to learn.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary (based on experience).</li>\n<li>Health insurance, annual leave, and end-of-service benefits as per UAE labor law.</li>\n<li>Growth opportunities within the pharmacy network.</li>\n</ul>",
