You will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems across our 1,200-acre property, including the amusement park, Hurricane Harbor water park, and our expansive hotel and campground facilities.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>System Maintenance:</strong> Perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance on water distribution and wastewater systems, including pipes, fixtures, and hydrants.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Water Park Support:</strong> Assist in the maintenance of water ride plumbing, filtration systems, and chlorination equipment to ensure guest safety and ride uptime.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Emergency Repairs:</strong> Troubleshoot and clear clogged drains, repair leaks, and address burst pipes promptly to minimize impact on park operations.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Facility Upkeep:</strong> Maintain restrooms, sinks, and showers in the park and campground; service grease traps and lift stations as needed.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Project Work:</strong> Assist in the installation of new plumbing for seasonal projects, using various materials including PVC, copper, and galvanized pipe.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Safety & Compliance:</strong> Ensure all work meets local building codes and Six Flags safety standards. Document all completed work orders and inspections.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications & Requirements</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum of 2 years of commercial or residential plumbing experience preferred.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Proficiency in soldering, brazing, and working with various piping materials (PVC, CPVC, PEX, etc.). Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Physical Ability:</strong> Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and stand for long periods. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Availability:</strong> Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays (peak park hours).</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Licensing:</strong> A valid New York State Driver’s License is required.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Age:</strong> Must be at least 18 years old.</p></li>\n</ul>",
