About the Role:
The Dietary Staff position is integral to ensuring the delivery of high-quality nutritional services within our business services environment in Walnut Ridge, WR. This role focuses on preparing and serving meals that meet established dietary guidelines and individual client needs, promoting health and wellness. Prepare and serve meals according to prescribed dietary plans and safety standards. Assist in menu planning and ensure compliance with nutritional guidelines and client preferences. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas in accordance with health regulations. Monitor food inventory, assist with ordering supplies, and ensure proper storage of food items. Collaborate with healthcare and nutrition staff to accommodate special dietary needs and restrictions. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding meals. Document meal preparation and service activities accurately for record-keeping and quality assurance. Skills:
