Many of our Lead Technicians and Maintenance Supervisors began in this role—and grew with us.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Assist with apartment turns, repairs, and unit inspections</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues</li><li>Help maintain community grounds, amenities, and common areas</li><li>Work with vendors and maintenance team to complete larger projects</li><li>Ensure all work complies with safety guidelines and company standards</li><li>Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory</li><li>Communicate clearly with residents and team members to ensure satisfaction</li></ul><p><strong>What You’ll Need to Succeed</strong></p><p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Basic knowledge of apartment maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances)</li><li>Strong work ethic and willingness to learn</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team</li><li>Availability to work Saturdays (closed Sundays) and participate in on-call rotation as needed</li><li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li><li>Minimum of 2 years experience as a Maintenance Technician or in an equivalent role.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years experience working with HVAC, appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.</li><li>EPA Universal Certification.
