Casino and Hotel. Duplicates keys, replaces and re-keys locks as necessary, and ensures that all security devices are in adequate working condition. May be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty.  Typically reports to a manager. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Works under moderate supervision.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Core Service Standards</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>CLEAN:</strong> Must make the property shine and look impeccable while maintaining a neat CLEAN and crisp personal appearance.</p>\n<p><strong>SAFE:</strong> Must make guests feel SAFE and comfortable through creating a worry free, carefree experience.</p>\n<p><strong>FAST:</strong> Provide FAST and efficient service with accuracy. Meet service time requirements and anticipate guest needs.</p>\n<p><strong>FRIENDLY:</strong> Greet each guest with FRIENDLY welcomes, making eye contact and smiling. Use H.E.A.R.T. steps to ease guest concerns. Say thank you to departing guests.</p>\n<p><strong>FUN:</strong> Work passionately as a team to create a FUN experience both for everyone who works and plays here.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Specific Responsibilities and Duties</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Install locks and closers in doors and disassemble electrical and mechanical locking devices</li>\n <li>Maintain locking systems including Zephyr Locks and Keeper Systems by repairing and replacing worn springs, tumblers and other parts</li>\n <li>Maintain records of company locks and keys</li>\n <li>Open locks by drilling if necessary</li>\n <li>Any other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements (skills, knowledge, and abilities)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Must hold Louisiana Locksmith License </strong></li>\n <li>Must be able to read, write and understand English</li>\n <li>Answer all calls promptly and maintain politeness, pay attention to the needs of guests and team members at all times.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment</li>\n <li>Ability to use all necessary tools and equipment to perform maintenance functions </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Educational Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred</li>\n <li>One (1) – 3 years of experience preferred</li>\n <li>Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to push/ lift 50lbs or more</li>\n <li>Must be able to stand/ walk up to 7 ½ hours per shift</li>\n <li>Must be able to stoop, crouch, kneel and reach with hand and arms</li>\n <li>Must be able to ascend/ descend stairs for at least 4 hours per shift</li>\n <li>Require manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment</li>\n <li>Exposed to hot and cold temperatures consistent with changing seasons up to 7 ½ hrs per shift</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 3000 employees</li>\n <li>Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.</li>\n <li>You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed.</li>\n</ul>",
