If you are looking for a great opportunity to pursue a rewarding management career with a company known for quality and big savings, apply today!&nbsp;</div><div><br><strong>Job Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></div><div>As a member of the management team, the Cosmetics &amp; Jewelry Department Manager will supervise and participate in the merchandising/set up of the selling floor to provide maximum sales and customer service.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</div><div>Additional responsibilities of the Cosmetics &amp; Jewelry Department Manager include:&nbsp;</div><div><ul><li>To supervise the cosmetics and fine/fashion jewelry departments and their coworkers</li><li>Provide customer service as per company standards, product knowledge of cosmetic products and all other components of customer service.&nbsp;</li><li>Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and paperwork, adhering to company policies and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Tracking daily/weekly sales and complete sales reports.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain an awareness of advertised merchandise and ensure all ads are set &amp; signed properly.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage the activities of the sales and stock functions.&nbsp;</li><li>Aid in training and coaching of cosmetics Beauty Advisors to help them achieve sales goals.&nbsp;</li><li>Supervise and participate in the coaching of fine/ fashion jewelry sales personnel to provide maximum sales and customer service.&nbsp;</li><li>Attend training sessions held by cosmetics lines as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Complete weekly schedules with Human Resources.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Job Requirements&nbsp;</strong></div><div>Successful candidates for the Cosmetics &amp; Jewelry Department Manager role have the ability to lead a retail sales team to actively engage customers, sell merchandise, and provide excellent customer service.&nbsp;</div><div><br>Additional requirements of the Cosmetics &amp; Jewelry Department Manager include:&nbsp;</div><div><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree, preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Previous cosmetics management experience preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Prior retail sales management experience&nbsp;</li><li>Cosmetology license a plus.</li><li>Prior retail and/or selling experience in Fine Jewelry/Gemstones preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong selling and/or customer service experience, preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Problem solve, motivate, delegate, have initiative, leadership.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to learn computer systems, POS register, telxon, and interpret reports&nbsp;</li><li>Available to work varied days and hours as work schedule requires, including evenings and weekends&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Benefits</strong></div><div>At Boscov's, we value our employees, and that's why we provide a competitive compensation and benefits package.
