          "text": "<p><b>The Systems Engineer is responsible for the proactive administration of the hardware platforms, operating </b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>systems and the dependent services for LFUSA.  This includes the configuration, installation, deployment, </b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>monitoring and troubleshooting of server hardware, operating systems, and services, resolving outages and </b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>documenting designs, processes and procedures.  </b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b> 3-5+ years of experience in the IT related industry</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b> 3-5+ years of operational systems and support experience in a large, dynamic TSM environment</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b> Advanced  knowledge of back-up strategies and data loss risk remediation</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b> Strong operational knowledge of Microsoft Server platforms and technologies including Windows Server 2003/2008/2012, Citrix 4.X-5.X, IIS, DNS, and DHCP</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b> Strong operational knowledge of Redhat Linux and VM Linux</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b> Strong operational of storage methodologies including IBM v series, Netapp</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b> Strong working knowledge of the installation, configuration, recovery, SRM and administration of VMware ESX Server 4.X, 5.X in a large enterprise clustered/high availability environment</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b> Demonstrates commitment to providing customer focused quality service</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b> Proven ability to work in both a team environment and independently</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b> Experience with MS Exchange 2010 DAG’s and application disaster recovery methodologies</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b> Some travel may be required</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b> Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science, Information Systems preferred</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b> 3-5+ years hands on experience with Microsoft Windows 2003/2008/2012 as a Systems Engineer preferred</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b> 3-5+ years of hands on experience with Linux OS</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b> 3-5 years of hands on experience with Storage Systems administration</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b> 2+ years hands on experience with VMware ESXi 4.x/5.x</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b> Experience with 200+ VM’s</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b> Experience with 100+ physical Intel based servers (preferably IBM X-Series)</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b> Excellent communications skills both written and verbal</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b> Ability and availability to work occasional nights/weekends assignments as necessary</b></p>",
