This is an essential role that contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Foundation Medical&rsquo;s Operation</p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'>&nbsp;</p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;margin-left:undefined;\"><li>Safely transport medical devices, equipment, and supplies to designated locations, including healthcare facilities, clinics, and back to Foundation Medical&rsquo;s office, while ensuring the integrity and security of the items being transported.</li><li>Efficiently plan and organize delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, taking into consideration factors such as traffic conditions, distance, and delivery priorities.</li><li>Conduct thorough inspections of medical devices and supplies prior to delivery to verify their condition, accuracy, and completeness.</li><li>Follow established protocols and standard operating procedures for handling, loading, unloading, and securing medical devices to prevent damage or loss during transportation.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including detailed information on the items transported, delivery dates, times, and recipient signatures.</li><li>Communicate effectively with the operation&rsquo;s team, healthcare professionals, and patients to coordinate deliveries, address any concerns or issues, and provide exceptional customer service.</li><li>Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines governing the transportation of medical devices, including those related to patient confidentiality and privacy.</li><li>Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues or deficiencies to the appropriate personnel.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the vehicle used for transportation, and ensure proper disposal of packaging materials and waste.</li><li>Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.</li></ol><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'>&nbsp;</p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;margin-left:undefined;\"><li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in logistics or healthcare-related fields are a plus.</li><li>Proven experience as a courier or in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.</li><li>Valid driver&#39;s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Familiarity with local traffic regulations and a good sense of direction.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling medical devices and maintaining delivery records.</li><li>Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while demonstrating professionalism and reliability.</li><li>Physical stamina and strength to handle and lift medical devices of varying sizes and weights.</li><li>Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.</li></ol><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'>&nbsp;</p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'>Joining our team at Foundation Medical offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the healthcare industry by ensuring the timely delivery of critical medical devices.
