In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing financial transactions related to freight operations—ensuring invoices are accurate, payments are processed on time, and discrepancies are identified and resolved efficiently.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Accounts Receivable Management</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including customer billing, payment tracking, collections follow-ups, and reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of receivables.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Accounts Payable Processing</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle end-to-end accounts payable functions, including reviewing and processing vendor invoices, validating supporting documents, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial Reconciliation</span><br>Perform regular reconciliations of customer accounts, vendor accounts, and bank statements to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Investigate and resolve discrepancies as needed.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial Reporting &amp; Month-End Support</span><br>Assist in preparing accruals, supporting schedules, and other financial reports required for month-end closing.
