Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for the accuracy and professional, proficient manner in dealing a specific table game according to property policies and procedures and in compliance with Gaming regulation </li>\n <li> Provides notification to the Box person or Floor Supervisor, where applicable, when decisions pertaining to the game are required </li>\n <li> Exchanges currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets according to house rules in an accurate manner. </li>\n <li>Advises Floor Supervisor or Manager of any disputes or arguments that may arise during the game among players/dealer. </li>\n <li>Responsible for analyzing customer play for cheating scams and suspicious variations in play. - Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees. </li>\n <li> Paying wins.</li>\n <li> Supports and maintain courtesy guidelines at all times. </li>\n <li>Promotes outstanding guest relations. </li>\n <li>Protects and controls of the game.</li>\n <li> Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.</li>\n <li> Successful completion of an approved course of study in the game for which licensed as a dealer. </li>\n <li>Proven knowledge and experience on the assigned game required. (Lengths of experience should be commensurate with the level of skill required for the specific game.) </li>\n <li>Must be 21 years of age or older.</li>\n <li> Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming licenses as determined by the Mississippi Gaming Commission for the position.</li>\n <li> Ability to read simple instructions. Knowledge of gaming laws and regulations. Good communication skills. Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment. </li>\n <li> Ability to do assigned job duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures. </li>\n <li>Always maintain a pleasant, friendly and welcoming attitude.
