    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>&nbsp;<strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comply with all company, departmental, and safety policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Unpacks material from pallets and places in smaller flow racks, ensuring FIFO process is followed.</li>\n <li>Decant and / or prepare material as required for each production line.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Stocks the production lines, using the proper equipment, such as a tugger or walk behind. Must deliver the right amount of parts to the line at the right time.</li>\n <li>Removes trash from the materials area and production lines. Loads cardboard and plastic into the compactors.</li>\n <li>Assists with inventory control functions of the on-site and off-site warehouses, including cycle counts and physical inventories.</li>\n <li>Maintains lot traceability, as required.</li>\n <li>Supports training, as required.</li>\n <li>Any other tasks and duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Formal qualifications required:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><i>Essential</i></p>\n<p>High School Diploma required</p>\n<p>Must be able to lift 35 lbs. </p>\n<p>Two to five years experience in warehouse operations and fork lift experience.</p>\n<p><i>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</i></p>\n<p><i><strong>Desirable</strong></i></p>\n<p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</p>\n<p>Excellent interpersonal skills</p>\n<p>Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks</p>\n<p>Detail conscious</p>\n<p>Good computer skills</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>About GKN Automotive:</strong></p>\n<p>We have been inventing the future for 250 years.
