font-size: 12pt\">Monitor, analyze, and improve key plant performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, downtime, quality, cost, and output efficiency.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">We are looking for a technically strong and operationally mature professional with proven experience in industrial leadership, plant operations, people management, and KPI ownership.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Degree in Engineering from a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Polytechnic / Engineering University</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Registered member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Legal signing rights are required for the role</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial / manufacturing environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
