This role is responsible for executing projects in the field, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating closely with Project Managers and field crews.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead, manage, and train field personnel to execute project scope efficiently</li><li>Plan, schedule, and track project progress and milestones</li><li>Identify and resolve field issues, coordinating with Project Managers as needed</li><li>Oversee inspection, cleaning, coating, and repair of concrete structures</li><li>Prepare and submit field reports and documentation in a timely manner</li><li>Supervise jobsite crews and support workforce planning and assignments</li><li>Maintain safety compliance and enforce company standards on all job sites</li><li>Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients regarding project status</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of construction or field experience (infrastructure, concrete repair, coatings, or water/wastewater preferred)</li><li>Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and field operations</li><li>Experience leading crews and managing jobsite activities</li><li>Ability to read and interpret project documents and specifications</li><li>Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Valid driver’s license with clean record</li><li>Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and fit testing</li><li>Comfortable working at heights and in active construction environments</li><li><strong>Preferred:</strong> AMPP (Coatings) and/or ACI (Concrete) certifications</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><ul><li>Combination of field and office work</li><li>Travel required with overnight stays</li><li>Active construction site conditions including noise, dust, and varying weather</li></ul><p>This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Superintendent looking to grow within the concrete restoration and infrastructure space while working on impactful projects.<br><br>INDH</p>",
