Responsible for staff development, orientation and onboarding, competency, patient education, and quality improvement. Supports established standards of care and practice through training, staff development, clinical improvement activities, and patient/staff education. Serves as a role model of clinical excellence in nursing knowledge and clinical practice. </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>REQUIRED</u></strong></p>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing </li>\n<li>Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.</li>\n<li>Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN). </li>\n<li>Two (2) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in the clinical specialty.</li>\n<li>Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support.</li>\n<li>Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.</li>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>PREFERRED</u></strong></p>\n<li>Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units. </li>\n<h2>Work Hours:</h2>9AM-530PM\n<h2>Weekend Requirements:</h2>No\n<h2>On-Call Requirements:</h2>No",
