    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, and maintain QA processes and procedures across the software development lifecycle.</li>\n<li>Create, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for both manual and automated testing.</li>\n<li>Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test suites using modern frameworks and tools.</li>\n<li>Perform functional, regression, and integration testing, ensuring high product quality and reliability.</li>\n<li>Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.</li>\n<li>Support the continuous improvement of QA practices, including test automation coverage and efficiency.</li>\n<li>Work with tools such as JIRA and Xray to manage test cases, track defects, and report on testing progress.</li>\n<li>Prepare clear and concise QA reports and documentation.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Product, DevSecOps) to enhance product quality.</li>\n<li>Stay up to date with industry trends, QA methodologies, and automation best practices.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with internal standards and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., security, audit readiness).</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance (manual and/or automation).</li>\n<li>Basic to intermediate experience with test automation tools and frameworks.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with:\n<ul>\n<li>Java programming language</li>\n<li>Selenium (preferably with Serenity BDD)</li>\n<li>Cucumber (BDD approach)</li>\n<li>JIRA and Xray for test management</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Understanding of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration testing).</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exposure to API testing (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).</li>\n<li>Experience in financial services or regulated environments.</li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of performance or security testing.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we offer:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li>\n<li>Opportunities for learning and growth in test automation and modern QA practices.</li>\n<li>A collaborative, international, and inclusive work environment.</li>\n<li>Exposure to enterprise-grade systems and regulatory-driven environments (e.g., SOC2, DORA).</li>\n</ul>",
