Will perform other duties as required, including press operation.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Assemble nests and dies to perform various single hit operations including float pierce, cushion pierce, semi blank, temp blank and various compounds using hand tools</li><li>Set and adjust clamps and stops</li><li>Position workpiece against backstop or manually align layout marks</li><li>Measure workpiece dimensions throughout to ensure quality and repeatability</li><li>Observe tool and machine operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunction</li><li>Visual inspection of first piece</li><li>Issue job and safely check in Press Operator once set up is complete</li><li>Collaborate quality control personnel and other team members to meet production targets and address any issues or concerns.</li><li>Follow all company safety and operations policies</li></ul>",
