font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">SUMMARY OF POSITION </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">We are seeking a disciplined and experienced BI Developer/ERP Analyst to join our growing IT Team in York, PA. The BI Developer / ERP Analyst serves as a technical lead between business units and the IT department for dashboard and report development, data analysis, application configuration, and troubleshooting of Viewpoint Vista ERP and a variety of other line-of-business systems.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, solve problems independently, and combine strong mathematics and finance acumen with the technical skills needed to design Power BI dashboards, write SQL, and surface insights from operational and financial data.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and semantic models that deliver actionable insights on financial performance, project controls, and operations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Develop and tune SQL queries, stored procedures, and views against Viewpoint Vista and integrated data sources.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Partner with Finance, Operations, and Project Management to translate business questions into data models, KPIs, and reports.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Create and maintain Crystal Reports and SSRS reports from single or multiple systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Manage and support business applications, ensuring data privacy, security, and confidentiality.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Troubleshoot, maintain, and develop integrations between applications and databases.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems and assess their impact on reporting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Improve use of the ERP system through process improvement, configuration changes, and end-user training.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Create and maintain documentation for applications, data models, integrations, and reports.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Work closely with IT Support and Application Development teams to resolve end-user issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Other related duties as required or assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">REQUIREMENTS </span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Demonstrated experience designing and building production Power BI dashboards, including data modeling, DAX, and report design.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Strong command of SQL and SQL Server tooling (SSMS, query optimization, views/stored procedures).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Minimum 4 years' experience in business intelligence, data analysis, application support, database administration, or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Strong mathematical and financial acumen: able to interpret AR aging, budget vs. actual, gross profit, revenue recognition, and project-controls metrics.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Experience with Crystal Reports and/or SSRS.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems independently and think with a solution-based approach.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Strong interpersonal skills: clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and a customer-care mindset.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Hands-on experience with Viewpoint Vista ERP (and/or Trimble Construction One).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Construction industry experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Experience administering Power BI workspaces, gateways, and row-level security.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Experience with SSIS, SSAS, and relational/dimensional data modeling.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Exposure to additional dashboarding or BI tooling (Metabase, Tableau, etc.).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
