May consider one of the following major Space sector locations: Linthicum, MD, or Roy, UT.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Northrop Grumman’s Employee Communications team seeks an Employee Communications Representative who is confident in being a strategic advisor, thrives on the challenge of informing and inspiring employees around business priorities and culture, loves to story tell and constantly seeks to improve through disciplined measurement, analysis and adjustment.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>In this job, you will:</p><ul><li>Support our efforts to inform and inspire employees as well as drive business priorities within the Space Systems sector</li><li>Collaborate with a cross-functional team to execute strategic campaigns that engage demographically and geographically diverse audiences, some of whom are difficult to reach</li><li>Write, draft, edit and help&nbsp;facilitate&nbsp;the design&nbsp;and distribution&nbsp;of internal materials, newsletters, employee feature&nbsp;stories&nbsp;and other engaging content</li><li>Be a storyteller –&nbsp;conceptualize,&nbsp;procure&nbsp;and produce a diverse array of inspirational content about our people, technologies,&nbsp;successes&nbsp;and business capabilities.
