In this role, you will contribute to the planning and design of electric distribution infrastructure while building a strong technical foundation and growing your career in a supportive, team-driven environment—with the opportunity to make a lasting impact on how power is delivered across our communities.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for electric distribution infrastructure including overhead and underground systems</li>\n <li>Support senior engineers in preparing technical reports, contract documents, and cost estimates for grid resiliency and energy transition projects</li>\n <li>Perform calculations and design tasks using industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and best practices for optimizing energy delivery</li>\n <li>Join field assignments with senior staff to gain hands-on experience in assessment, planning, and rehabilitation of electric distribution systems</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering required</li>\n <li>No experience required; however prior internships and/or relevant coursework is preferred</li>\n <li>Strong theoretical foundation and familiarity with engineering software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative team</li>\n <li>Participation in professional engineering society/organization preferred</li>\n <li>Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why You'll Love It Here:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Gain exposure to fieldwork and technical problem-solving in critical energy infrastructure</li>\n <li>Flexible work environment with opportunities for local and occasional travel</li>\n <li>Make a real impact by helping deliver reliable, resilient, and sustainable power to communities</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Curious about the impactful work our Electric Distribution team is doing?
