Additionally, you will prepare clear and concise reports, review the work of junior team members, and ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy in all deliverables.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including historical and projected financial statements, to assess the target company's performance and identify potential risks and opportunities.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with the team to evaluate deal structures and valuation methodologies, considering factors such as market conditions, industry trends, and specific transaction characteristics.</li>\n <li>Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to provide valuable insights that contribute to the client's decision-making process.</li>\n <li>Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work products and meeting client expectations.</li>\n <li>Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and effectively communicating findings and recommendations.</li>\n <li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise from other practice areas, enhancing the overall value provided to clients.</li>\n <li>Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations that communicate complex financial information in a digestible manner for clients and internal stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Review and verify the work of junior team members to maintain the highest standards of quality and accuracy in all deliverables.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.</li>\n <li>7+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services or related areas.</li>\n <li>Strong financial modeling and analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial databases.</li>\n <li>Excellent understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver results within strict timelines.</li>\n <li>Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.</li>\n <li>Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a keen eye for detail.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) is advantageous.</li>\n <li>Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are desirable but not mandatory</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Tiffany Farnsworth, from our recruiting team, will be guiding you through this process. The estimated base pay range for this role is $142,000 - $191,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases.
