    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Under the general direction of the Lead Software Developer III, the Software Developer Level II is directly responsible for coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting software throughout the application development process.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><em>Duties and Responsibilities:</em></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Communicate on a consistent basis with direct supervisor all aspects of projects assigned.</li><li>Complete assigned development tasks in a timely manner while paying attention to details and ensuring all code results in high quality software.</li><li>Design scalable architecture that follows the development guidelines provided and build projects to specifications.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop data analysis capabilities.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop the capability to manage all portions of projects assigned.</li><li>Serve as a resource for other developers and perform code reviews as required.</li><li>Create documentation as requested.</li><li>Participate in regular scrum meetings and attend staff meetings as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Review and track database changes and adhere to standards.</li><li>Test own development work and address/troubleshoot all issues found in both internal and external testing.</li><li>Continuous education on new software and technology.&nbsp;</li><li>Relationships with Directors and other staff are productive and promote a positive team environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist staff with computing issues when other members of the department are unavailable.</li><li>Provide exemplary customer service to staff and members, with an emphasis on being helpful and finding resolutions that comply with the Federation&rsquo;s strategic plan and information technology policies.</li></ul><p><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Required, Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:</em></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills with a sharp attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to set priorities and maintain effectiveness at varying tasks.</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Ability to be involved with every aspect of the programming lifecycle.</li><li>Ability to show initiative and be resourceful when creating solutions.</li><li>Ability to maintain performance under pressure.</li><li>Agile Development methodology knowledge a plus.</li><li>Experience with GIT and familiarity with code versioning practices on teams, i.e. branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong knowledge of computer languages, such as C#, MVC, SQL.&nbsp;</li><li>Typing 20 wpm. Computer &amp; Software Proficiency and Microsoft Office knowledge required.</li><li>Working hours from 8:30am to 5pm with overtime as needed.</li><li>Extended hours of availability, including some nights and weekends, periodic travel is required (10%).</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><em>Education and Experience:</em></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High School diploma or equivalent required.&nbsp;</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is strongly preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>3+ years of experience in a .NET programming position or related field is required. Experience with Blazor framework is strongly preferred.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><em>Physical Requirements:</em></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
