Plus, you’ll enjoy an inspiring workspace filled with natural light, greenery, and amenities like an on-site gym and fitness studio.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Location: </strong></p>\n<p>4600 Olson Memorial Highway</p>\n<p>Golden Valley, MN 55422</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Please note:</em></strong> This role is hybrid with 3 days in the office. <strong>Not considering applications from candidates who are not currently located in Minnesota. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>As a Software Engineer / Front End Web Developer, you will share your talents with us in the following ways: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Design, build, and maintain responsive web applications using React and Next.js.</p></li>\n <li><p>Translate UX/UI designs into functional, accessible front-end code.</p></li>\n <li><p>Optimize applications for speed, scalability, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborate with technical product owners, designers, and back-end developers to deliver seamless user experiences.</p></li>\n <li><p>Integrate front-end components with APIs and back-end services.</p></li>\n <li><p>Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.</p></li>\n <li><p>Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards (WCAG).</p></li>\n <li><p>Exemplify our Staff Member Attributes – Inclusive, Authentic, Work Ethic, Collaborative and Curious</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The tools and technologies you’ll use, and the experience you’ll bring as a qualified Software Engineer / Front End Web Developer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.</p></li>\n <li><p>A minimum of 5 years of professional front-end web application design and development</p></li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).</li>\n <li>Proficiency in HTML5, CSS modules (CSS3)</li>\n <li>Familiarity with state management libraries (MobX, Redux, Context API, etc.).</li>\n <li>Experience with RESTful APIs or GraphQL.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first development.</li>\n <li>Testing experience with Jest, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks. </li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li>\n <li>Self-motivated with a continuous learning mindset.</li>\n <li>Passionate about creating great user experiences and UI performance.</li>\n <li>Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization upon hire</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What you’ll find working here as a Software Engineer / Front End Web Developer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Salary:</strong> $120,000.00 - $145,000.00 / yr., depending on experience. </li>\n <li><strong>Benefits that focus on holistic well-being.</strong> The whole person matters, not just the one who shows up for work.
