You will leverage your technical expertise, analytical skills, and mortgage industry knowledge to enhance system performance, streamline processes, and support strategic technology initiatives across the company. You will play a critical role in troubleshooting complex issues, leading enhancement projects, improving data integrity, and ensuring that technology solutions meet or exceed user expectations. This position requires strong problem</em><em>‑</em><em>solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.</em></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provides Tier 2&ndash;3 support for business applications, including diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving complex production issues.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serves as a subject matter expert for mortgage technology platforms, workflow tools, and integrated business applications.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Leads the planning, testing, and implementation of system enhancements, upgrades, and new technology solutions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partners with business units to document requirements, evaluate impacts, and ensure solutions align with operational needs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Designs and optimizes workflows, automation rules, and system configurations to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supports data integrity efforts by analyzing data models, validating system outputs, and assisting with reporting needs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborates with vendors, programmers, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and quality of system changes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists in integrating investor guidelines (e.g., FNMA) into automated processes to improve compliance and loan quality.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develops and maintains documentation, including system procedures, enhancement specifications, and user guides.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provides mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members and cross‑functional partners.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Mortgage banking, financial services technology, or business systems experience required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong understanding of LOS platforms, workflow automation, and mortgage technology tools.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrated project management skills, including documentation, communication, and issue resolution.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and system behavior.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">BS or BA degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, Computer Science, or related field.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Certified Encompass Administrator or completion of Encompass Administrator Essentials</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in mortgage servicing, secondary marketing, or compliance technology environments</li></ul></div></div>\n",
