this will require off-loading materials from the truck and carrying the materials to the correct lots.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">Mental Requirements: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul><li style=\"line-height: 1;\">Basic math skills.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1;\">Ability to communicate in English.</li></ul><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">Work Environment:</p><ul><li style=\"line-height: 1;\">Home site construction environment.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1;\">Long and irregular hours at times. &nbsp;This might include some weekends and overtime depending on the work load.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1;\">Exposure to extreme heat &amp; cold weather conditions, dust, dirt, fumes, and loud noises.</li></ul><p style=\"line-height: 1;\"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES</strong></p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">To safely operate all tools used on the home site.</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">Inspect the load after off-loading for damages.</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">Take the materials to the correct lots and neatly place the materials in the location stated on the paperwork.</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">Accurately count the materials that were taken to the lots and report any shortages to the Driver or Foreman on the home site.</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">After all materials are spread, walk the units to make 100% sure everything is correctly spread, kicked, and pinned per HSD Standards.</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">Pick up any materials that was previously sent by mistake or returns and put back on the truck.</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">To attend Weekly Safety Meetings on the Home Site.</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">Performs any other duties and tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the Supervisor.</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
