This role involves performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs to building systems and equipment, thereby enhancing tenant satisfaction and preserving property value. The Maintenance professional will collaborate closely with property management teams to address maintenance requests efficiently and uphold compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
