Surface area<br>● Issuing working batch sheet<br>● Dialogue with production on day-to-day quality issues<br>● Visiting Customer Sites to attend Customer Complaints and Understand practical&nbsp;<br>application of products<br>● QC &amp; QA of incoming raw materials<br>● Handling Third Party Inspections<br>● Meeting the ISO norms and reporting daily testing result<br>● Maintaining test records&nbsp;<br>● Maintaining 5S standard in the workplace<br>● Ensure all his team workers will maintain their respective workplace clean &amp; tidy&nbsp;<br>● Involve in feedback of team workers regarding SOFI items, accident &amp; incident and&nbsp;<br>rectify them in consultation or acknowledgment of Sectional Heads<br>● Must coach all his team members on Safe Behaviours<br>Profile/Competencies:<br>Education, background, level of experience<br>Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (PCM) (Regular Course)<br>Work Experience: 2-5 Years in similar role (preferably refractory industry)<br>Experience on MS Office and Email Handling</p>",
