This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, high‑quality environment within a thriving regional perinatal center.</p>\n<p>Position Highlights</p>\n<ul>\n <li>30-bed Level III NICU and regional perinatal center with an average daily census of 17</li>\n <li>Approximately 3,700 deliveries and 400+ NICU admissions annually</li>\n <li>Flexible schedule including a combination of 24-hour in-house coverage and 10-hour day shifts, with backup call from home</li>\n <li>Advanced services including HFOV, nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia</li>\n <li>Teaching involvement with observational learners currently on site; Family Medicine residents began NICU rotations in 2023, with an OB/GYN residency program planned</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>About the Community</p>\n<p>Pennington, NJ—and the greater Princeton‑Mercer region—offers an exceptional quality of life.
