The estimated base pay range for this role is $95,000 - $130,000. Offers are typically made below the maximum to allow room for future compensation increases in the role. The compensation offer will be based on factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications, skills, and business needs. </span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">All employees have the opportunity to earn discretionary bonuses based on demonstration of extraordinary performance, special projects of significant importance, or other major accomplishments.
