    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>POSITION OVERVIEW:</strong></p><p>Maximize sales in retail stores through performing all duties of an associate and assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in the daily operation of the store as assigned.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p>* Answer merchandise questions, complete sale accurately.</p><p>* Solve Customer problems as authorized; or refer to Assistant manager or Manager.</p><p>* Greet donor, offer assistance and receipts.</p><p>* Stock and maintain store in neat, clean, neat and orderly manner according to established procedures.&nbsp;</p><p>* Prepare reports at the direction of the manager following all established procedures.</p><p>* Open and close store in the absence of or at direction of Manager or Assistant Manager.</p><p>* Watch for shoplifters and counterfeit bills; alert management.</p><p>* Responsible for stores maintaining production model as established by DGR leadership.</p><p>* Follow charge, return, exchange and check acceptance and void policies exactly.</p><p>* Acts for Store Manager or Assistant Manager in their absence or at their direction.</p><p>* Process and price items according to established procedures or as directed. &nbsp;Keeps merchandise in proper place, hanging, shelves, bins, etc.&nbsp;</p><p>* Supervises and/or trains employees at the direction of the manager for customer services procedures necessary to achieve sales goals.</p><p>* Assists and trains associates with Change Roundup Program.</p><p>* Carry out managerial duties in the absence of store manager and/or assistant manager &nbsp;i.e., requisition, &nbsp;customer complaints/problems, assignment of daily tasks, attendance at managers &nbsp;meetings, etc.</p><p>* Accomplishes retail and organization mission by completing related assignments as needed.</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:</strong></p><p>* HS diploma/GED or any job-related experience that will provide the necessary knowledge, skill, and abilities to be able to perform the essential functions of the position.</p><p>* Must be proficient in all Goodwill sales associate duties for at least 60 working days.</p><p>* Must know and practice all company policies and procedures.</p><p>* Must have the ability to relate to people of all socioeconomic levels.</p><p>* Valid driver s license, insurance and transportation</p><p>* Must be able to meet all required security clearances and drug screening</p><p>* Must have effective written and verbal communication skills</p><p>* Must maintain professional demeanor and appearance.</p><p>* Must be willing and able to travel to any location upon request.</p><p>* Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights holidays and weekends.</p><p><br></p></div>\n",
