          "text": "<p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>The Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician will minimize downtime by performing all necessary preventative and corrective maintenance while following all safety and environmental guidelines.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Complete preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair equipment, machinery, electric controls, panel construction, wiring, fabricate, weld, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, solder, grind, saw, use hand tools and other shop equipment.</li><li>Safely modify and install energy control devices.</li><li>Monitor equipment and operations to meet quality and safety standards.</li><li>Comply with lock out, tag out (LOTO), confined space, respirator, and other applicable training and procedures.</li><li>Follow diagrams, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specs.</li><li>Locate problem sources by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for problems, talking to operators or supervisors, using manufacturer’s manuals, and using precision measuring and testing equipment.</li><li>Maintain maintenance supplies by anticipating needed equipment and communicating needed supplies and irregularities.</li><li>Maintain technical and professional knowledge.</li><li>Provide direction, guidance, information, and resolve customer or product design concerns.</li><li>Perform administrative duties (complete paperwork accurately and timely and legible).</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>At least eighteen (18) years of age and eligible to work in the United States.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Technical Degree or three years multi-craft maintenance experience required.</li><li>Able to pass a post offer drug test, background check, and fitness review.</li><li>Demonstrate high attention to detail and self-motivation skills</li><li>Capable of working in seasonal high temperatures and humidity (conditioned air environment).</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency in written and verbal communication, and good spelling and grammar.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel.</li><li>Must provide tools as required to complete job duties.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Frequent lifting of materials and product up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Capable of standing/walking and performing light physical labor uninterrupted for periods of up to three (3) hour intervals.</li><li>Frequently bend, stoop, push, and reach during the shift.</li><li>Frequently stand, walk, climb ladders, and reach with hands and arms.</li><li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.</li><li>Occasionally required to sit, climb, and balance.</li></ul>",
