    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span><strong><u>POSITION SUMMARY</u></strong>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span>The Senior Project Manager, Global Strategic Accounts, </span>will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating all Vertiv field resources (mechanical, electrical, LVO&nbsp;and&nbsp;3<span><sup>rd</sup></span><span>&nbsp;party labor) throughout the construction,&nbsp;</span>startup&nbsp;and commissioning lifecycle of&nbsp;Vertiv&nbsp;projects.&nbsp; You will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project is turned over to the customer on time and within budget.&nbsp; This position requires&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;in data center&nbsp;construction and&nbsp;resource management,&nbsp;must have&nbsp;excellent communication and relationship building&nbsp;skills.<span>&nbsp;</span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span><strong><u>RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></span><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong><span>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Manage and oversee thermal, AC power, liquid&nbsp;</span>cooling&nbsp;and third-party labor field activities (install, startup,&nbsp;commissioning&nbsp;and break fix) throughout the course of project.<span>&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensure field teams understand&nbsp;</span>scope&nbsp;of work and&nbsp;job&nbsp;schedules.&nbsp; Make every effort to meet them.<span>&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Review&nbsp;</span>manpower&nbsp;requirements to ensure we have enough resources to complete&nbsp;project and escalate internally when resource capacity&nbsp;doesn’t&nbsp;align with job schedule.<span>&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Coordinate work with other trades</span>.<span>&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensure&nbsp;</span>field teams and subcontractors&nbsp;follow&nbsp;OSHA,&nbsp;site&nbsp;safety&nbsp;and Vertiv safety policy.<span>&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Work with&nbsp;</span>project&nbsp;manager&nbsp;in reviewing&nbsp;project completion status.&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Facilitate regular coordination meetings with internal and job site stakeholders.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Create presentations and reports for&nbsp;</span>internal&nbsp;stakeholders as needed.<span>&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Monitor field variations and keep&nbsp;</span>project&nbsp;manager informed of&nbsp;any&nbsp;changes.<span>&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Adherence</span>&nbsp;to project scope of work and ensure we are meeting our contractual obligations while&nbsp;identifying&nbsp;outside of&nbsp;scope&nbsp;work.<span>&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Perform other duties as&nbsp;</span>assigned.<span>&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span><strong><u>MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Minimum of&nbsp;</span>5&nbsp;years of experience managing MEP scopes&nbsp;and personnel&nbsp;on large-scale commercial construction projects.<span>&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong leadership,&nbsp;</span>communication&nbsp;and&nbsp;problem-solving&nbsp;skills<span>&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Proven ability&nbsp;</span>to&nbsp;indirectly&nbsp;manage up to 50 field resources at a time.<span>&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong customer relation skills.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Minimum of 5 years of experience managing&nbsp;</span>commissioning&nbsp;issue resolution software.<span>&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span><strong><u>PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></span><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong><span><u>&nbsp;</u></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>8-1</span>2&nbsp;years related field MEP experience<span>&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span><strong><u>EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS</u></strong>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Bachelor’s Degree in a business related or technical field preferred (or equivalent of education and experience)&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Prio</span>r experience on data center construction projects is strongly preferred<span>&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>OSH30 certification&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span><strong><u>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</u></strong>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Light Lifting (5-</span>25&nbsp;Ibs.)<span>&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Frequent Standing&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span><strong><u>TRAVEL TIME REQUIRED&nbsp;</u></strong>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Onsite 5 days a week&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><i>The successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals &amp;
