The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community & care team to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.\n\nWage Range: $88,000-$90,000 annually, depending on experience. \nService Area: North Central Metro. Plus, mileage reimbursement of 72.5 cents per mile.\nSchedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (with rotation every 6th weekend and 2 holidays/year)",
