    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Position Overview:</u></strong></p><p>Shipping Lead will oversee and execute the daily shipping operations for our domestic and international part shipments. Will ensure that all shipments are packed securely, accurately prepared, and shipped in a timely manner while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. This is a physically demanding role that requires hands-on involvement in all aspects of the shipping process.</p><p><strong><u>Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)</u></strong>:</p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead and perform the secure packing of domestic and international shipments, ensuring parts and materials are properly protected to prevent damage during transit to their final destination.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Verify shipment accuracy, including correct part numbers, quantities, labeling, and documentation.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Process and ship packages using various shipping software systems, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other carrier platforms.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure all shipments are prepared and dispatched in a timely manner to meet customer and internal deadlines.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain accurate shipping records, logs, and required documentation for domestic and international shipments (including customs forms when necessary).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate with internal teams (production, inventory, quality, etc.) to resolve any shipping discrepancies or issues.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor inventory of shipping supplies (boxes, packing materials, labels, etc.) and reorder as needed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee and train shipping team members on proper packing techniques, safety protocols, and software usage.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform daily housekeeping and organization of the shipping area to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct regular audits of packed shipments to ensure compliance with company and carrier standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><p><strong><u>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact professionally with management, vendors, and customers.</li></ul><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proven experience in coordinating production and aftermarket picking in a fast-paced environment, preferably in manufacturing or parts distribution.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and inventory software.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to read, write and understand work instructions and assembly drawings.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrated ability to work independently without close supervision.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to deal effectively with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude.</li></ul></div><p><strong><u>Education &amp;
