      "content": "\n<li>Participate in operational escalations to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary</li>\n<li>Design, implement, and manage automated workflows for configuration and deployment in hybrid cloud and on-premise environments</li>\n<li>Develop reusable, modular code libraries to streamline workflows and support diverse use cases across network devices and cloud platforms</li>\n<li>Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations in client environments, and determine hardware or software requirements</li>\n<li>Identify roadblocks preventing the successful continuation of network services, determine options available to work past roadblocks, and escalate to leadership when required</li>\n<li>Understand how to administrate and support a variety of technologies including but not limited to Cisco Routers and Switches, Cisco Security Solutions, IGP and EGP routing protocols, VPN, and other technologies and vendor devices as needed</li>\n<li>Collaborate with clients and develop depth in understanding their business and how Long View network services supports their need</li>\n<li>Act as the go-to technical resource, assisting our clients with system monitoring, ticket resolution and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and availability</li>\n<li>Work with clients on capacity planning, installations, patching, upgrades, configuration, and administration of systems on various physical and virtual platforms</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>3+ years of experience in an IT environment with network architecture design and deployment</li>\n<li>Experience with networking and security</li>\n<li>1+ years of Azure, Google Cloud and AWS Networking concepts</li>\n<li>Experience with Meraki, Fortinet, FortiNAC PaloAlto, or Aruba devices</li>\n<li>Thorough understanding and experience with the following fundamental technologies:</li>\n<li>o&nbsp;&nbsp; IGP and EGP routing protocols, ie: OSPF, BGP</li>\n<li>o&nbsp;&nbsp; Route filtering and policy-based routing</li>\n<li>o&nbsp;&nbsp; Site-to-Site and remote access VPN technologies</li>\n<li>o&nbsp;&nbsp; Network layer Quality of Service (QoS)</li>\n<li>o&nbsp;&nbsp; Layer 2 Switching Technologies</li>\n<li>o&nbsp;&nbsp; Firewall Management</li>\n<li>o&nbsp;&nbsp; Utilize API-driven orchestration across Azure, AWS, and GCP to automate cloud networking tasks, including the setting of firewall rules, updating security groups, and routing traffic</li>\n<li>o&nbsp;&nbsp; Design, implement, and manage automated workflows for configuration and deployment in hybrid cloud and on-premises environments</li>\n<li>o&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop reusable, modular code libraries to streamline workflows and support diverse use cases across network devices and cloud platforms</li>\n<li>o&nbsp;&nbsp; Evaluate the potential impact of automated changes, proactively mitigate risks, and ensure network reliability and security.</li>\n<li>o&nbsp;&nbsp; Implement robust testing strategies before pushing changes to production</li>\n<li>o&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network automation workflows</li>\n<li>o&nbsp;&nbsp; Familiarity with vendor-specific APIs (Cisco’s NX-API, Juniper’s Junos Extension Toolkit) and other network automation APIs and protocols such as NETCONF and RESTCON</li>\n<li>Knowledge of industry best practice LAN design and deployment methodology and a structured approach to troubleshooting</li>\n<li>Experience in SD-WAN, SD-Access and SD-Data Center technologies</li>\n<li>Ability to deliver concise, accurate technical documentation and diagrams</li>\n<li>Exposure to and understanding of network automation techniques and technologies</li>\n"
