This position manages and improves our website, digital systems, and online platforms while helping the organization thoughtfully adopt AI tools to improve efficiency and impact.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">This role is both hands-on and forward-looking. You will maintain day-to-day digital operations while identifying opportunities to improve how we work, connect with our community, and grow online engagement and revenue.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You will work closely with teams across RAFT, including programs, marketing, development, and operations, to ensure our digital tools are effective, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Website Management (Webmaster)</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Manage and maintain RAFT’s website (WordPress), ensuring content is current, accessible, and functioning well</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate updates, new pages, and campaign launches with internal teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Monitor website performance and analytics; recommend improvements to user experience and engagement</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain website security, backups, and system updates</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
